We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is damaged during delivery. You can get a refund 14 days after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Also, if you changed your mind and wish to cancel the order exactly after purchase, you can claim money refund, but only before the product is shipped! After product is shipped, the money back claim will no longer be accepted.

Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. During this process, we will investigate the incident, and in order to be able to close it quickly and in the right way we may ask you for:

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address again.
In case the product does not correspond to the description, we will ask you for pictures or videos in which you will need to highlight the exact problem.
We can also ask you to confirm other information that could help us in the process.
In case the product is damaged before you accepted it, we will ask you to make a picture from delivery agent and to ask him when it happen. Also write down his name, delivery company name and date.

Refusal to provide the requested information and non-cooperation may lead to the suspension of the process.

2. The Money Back Program does not cover the following situations.

If the non-arrival of goods and/or services is due to error or miscommunication on the part of the buyer (eg providing an incorrect shipping address etc).
If the received item corresponds to the description and the product in the order but is not the one you wanted, due to a wrong model, color, etc.

3. By participating in this Buyer Protection, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

You undertake to provide only correct information.
Any fraud and/or abuse by you will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to this Buyer Protection and will be immediately reported.

When is the money refunded?

You will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
If we offered to collect the goods, you will be refunded within 14 days of canceling your contract.
You will receive an email once the products reach us and are accepted for return.
Refunds will be issued to the same means of payment initially used to purchase the goods.
Refunds usually take between 3 – 10 business days to show in your account, depending on the payment method used.
